It's been a full year since joining SAG, put this and the global recession into the mix and we almost came to a standstill. It's taken a while for things to reboot. However, it's been an excellent start to 2012 so far. The auditions are coming thick and fast... and we're off.

However,in preparation for the pilot season, I've reunited with my manager and I'm hoping that together we can generate some interest. Currently focusing on up-dating my tools/pics etc and doing all things comic - very scary!!! This should help and finally I need to add some American footage to my reel. Not so easy as its my British accent that they are usually interested in....

Well that's all for now, will get back when I have more exciting news to share.

My voice agency (AVO Talent) have moved into a swanky new office on Wilshire - I wish them, and me even greater success! 

I've been negotiating my way through the changes that joining SAG have brought and taking advantage of all the amazing workshops and information that's now available to help me move my career forward. 

In the meantime I've just had my 340th audition!!! I can't believe it! Can you imagine going to 340 job interviews? Well that's exactly what it's like. 340 job interviews in 4 years...staggering when it's put into perspective. 

Last week-end I had the good fortune to take part in Steve Kaplan's Comedy Intensive - a good starting point for me as I'm delving into a massive learning curve relating to all things comedic - don't ask why, I have no idea other than I feel compelled to. Maybe it's age - who knows. I'm happy to go with it and see where it takes me...

I enjoyed  a couple of days ADR work on 'Pirates' thanks to my lovely team at AVO....more on that after it's release date...I met the brilliant Steven Berkoff here in LA of all  places - it's  not known for it's theatre....I've upgraded my communication options ie a brand new android phone with  all the bells and whistles so I am now contactable on the go....
